NT:Man dies after stabbing in Darwin

DARWIN, Dec 20 AAP - A 24-year-old man has died after being stabbed in the chest in
suburban Darwin.

Police say a 30-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the incident, but charges
have not yet been laid.

Ambulance officers received a report of a man lying in a car park in The Narrows, in
suburban Darwin, about 5.30am (CST).

CPR was attempted and the stabbing victim was taken to the Royal Darwin Hospital, where
he was pronounced dead.

Police have urged anyone who can help with the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers
on 1800 333 000 or the Police Assistance line.
