NSW: Stabbed service station attendant dies=2

Police say the man was stabbed after being held at knifepoint during a robbery by two
men at the Mobil garage on the corner of Forest Road and Pearce Street.

Hurstville police Superintendent BOB MAY says it was a savage, vicious and unprovoked
attack on a man who'd complied with all demands.

He says police have formed Strike Force Renata to investigate the murder and are keen
to speak to any witnesses to the attack.
