FED:Swan welcomes Rudd's support=2

Workplace Relations Minister Simon Crean said he was happy Mr Rudd was well enough to campaign.

"It's fantastic to hear Kevin is sounding a lot better ... but it is also great to
hear him back fighting for the return of a Labor government," he told ABC Radio.

"To have the team functioning as a team is always positive.

"Kevin Rudd has been a fantastic prime minister, a great local member and he will be
a great member of the Gillard government."
